Rumours floating around on Twitter that Liestrong-Bontrager have been invited to ride the 2012 TDF.... what a piece of fucking garbage......so many better deserving teams...thats a joke

i don't think that's true.
in the uci licensing, livestrong-bontrager has a continental license while in the regulations, pro continental is the minimum requirement. also being a team of 18 to 21 year old's, i think it may be an act of stupidity to go to the race. there oldest rider is ian boswell born february 1991. their youngest is jasper du buyst born november 1993.
on the cqranking website, of the teams, livestrong is ranked 113th. 10 french teams are ranked higher in the cqranking standings including 4 continental french teams.
in comparison, the all conquering an post team is 51st and the supreme overlord Endura racing is 34th.
the uzbek suren team is 62nd and the only results their riders have is 2nd - 10th in the uzbek national championships
it would take alot for the aso to try to justify such a teams inclusion when there's 112 better teams out there
