Be mindful of transfers, it's what makes this Spring game so interesting. Well at least mindful enough that you don't end up going in to FW and LBL hoping that Cancellara and Boonen score well to keep you in the lead like I did a couple of years ago... Rolling Eyes

Actually, I might be drifting out of the Velogames Spring Classics.  Sorry not to be able to join you, but I just did a little bit of transferring, since I realised some of my 12 man team are not riding the E3.  Much les that I didn't check who was in the Dwars, and scored nothing.  I found reviewing the team, picking the riders, checking who was riding, seeing if my points were right, took way too much time, and had no real appeal to me.  I am lazier.  Pick a team and go with it for a Tour.  Picking a new team every few days, or co-ordinating the riders who are in one race, but not in another, seems a lot of work for "fun".  I will keep trying though.  Sorry about that, but I just don't like games where you have to do really active management.  Too busy with other stuff.

i think the way to look at it in blocks
milan san remo - dwars/ghent/e3 - flanders/scheldeprijs/roubaix - fleche/amstel/lbl

so i've used 6 from msr to this bloc, then a further 6 from here to the next maybe

one of my transfers was young wallays, now i hope it was the right one :d

Congrats to Maffy.
Riders were more expensive this year and yet he beat my score from last year when I finished 13th overall.

Alaphillipe ultimately the key signing of the Spring campaign.

The Giro game should be up and running in a couple of days. Smile

My goodness, the two most expected at the top.  Well done both.

And Maffy, see you and the others at the Giro on the other game.  Hope springs eternal.

ta chucks.

i kinda lost interest after rvv. sat there half an hour before the start wondering if i had enough transfers left to bring in benoot and deciding against it. bah. woulda-coulda-shoulda won a proper fantasy rvv with 3400-odd sportivists innit.

hermans was 300 or 350 for brabansje pijl, which almost made up for the disappointment.

do like the change the riders games better. opposite of fonty i suppose.
