Cheers Bio - i had a good headlight, some people were carrying full beam lighthouse things; waiting at the top of a hill for my group i was blinded by the walkers coming up!

I could barely walk Sunday!  The padding in my shorts died in the last 20 miles and was having trouble sitting in the saddle - had to stand when descending so my cheeks could re-inflate!  Embarassed  Laughing

On Monday i was fine, little sore in the legs but did a 10 mile ride with no probs; could even sit in the saddle comfortably!
