Climbed an i-magic 8.8km pyrenean climb at 239 watts yesterday ... so edging closer to TTs magic 300 Watts ... and its still only January.
[Stand back and wait for "These games you play ... you are all weak ... 54x11.]
Seriously - now the base is in place - and i'm pedaling with both legs - intervals start at the weekend!! |

No, and any help would be greatly appreciated about 40kg of the weight is in the legs. Completely no upper body strength really. Anyone help the climbing cripple  _________________ www.stirlingbikeclub.org.uk |
