Didn't realise that was still running. The owner has found a buyer to take over so there is no need to move for now and the crowd funding was stopped. Allegedly. Moving is still an option, but we haven't exactly had an overwhelming response on way forward thoughts.

There might be an argument for moving now anyway as we know the current owner will facilitate a move, and the new owner is an unknown on plans etc. Counter argument is that is there any real difference in knowing the future with a new owner here as opposed to a new owner somewhere else?

It is good to hear that a buyer could be taking.

On moving generally, it is something to think about

I suspect that part of the problem with lack of knowledge of whats been happening is that the email I have registered with MYFF was switched off a while ago after some email issues and a hack on my emails, sadly I can't trace my login details.

I'm trying to get this sorted through the support forums just now so hopefully we'll get note of  future plans as they occur!

No. Information has not been sent out.

We're now posting at Tapatalk's pleasure. They have bought eyeballs and the expectation is that they will make a mobile app friendly version of the forums to go along with what we have now. More adverts can also probably be expected.

I have never seen such a sustained spammer effort as what's been going on in the last few days here. It's mainly hidden as they can't post until they are approved (which they're not - they just get deleted), but you might have seen the new member names popping up at the bottom of the page. List of new members

Just an update on this - Tapatalk are working in the background on the forums and maybe expect to make some changes in a few months but everything is vague and should anyway be fairly invisible to us.

We shall see.

It's been fun seeing what iterations of the names they'll come up with next.

We're attracting a better class of spammer these days. His profile was good enough to fool me were it not for his Mother Russia IP address Wink

What the hell is that about, Bio?  First, the American elections and now they want to take on the big guns at justcycling?!
