Nice race list that Mazda. Not sure what it relates to!

Tour of San Luis now rolling out live, so it's whole stage coverage (of sorts) to the 1700m MTF.
Coverage here:

Feed alternates between HD and No D.

Eurosport's live road coverage to start with Dubai Tour on Feb 3rd.
They also plan live coverage of the resurrected Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana on the same dates..............if they race goes ahead with live coverage.
All I can say is, when it was last held, it did have live coverage of sorts.

I've not seen it yet.

In the meantime, I use this page which gives UK Eurosport's total cycling output for the fortnight, plus I can select all the other options from the country setting to view their schedules:

I'm trying to decide if it's worth signing up to ES player for a year, but difficult if they aren't showing what they have lined up much after April.

Good news for folks with satellite, since Eurosport have never got their hands on the tv rights.
The Bike Channel ( which is free to air in UK) confirms they are showing the Het Nieuwsblad live on Saturday in both Italy and the UK.

Worth looking at their list of coverage, because it fills in some of the Eurosport gaps:-

Omloop het nieusblad
Dwars door Vlaanderen
Gent- Wevelgem
Tirreno Adriatico
Milano – Sanremo
Vuelta Calatunia
Tour of Turkey
Tour of Yorkshire
Scheldeprijs
De Brabantse Pijl - La Flèche Brabançonne
Giro d'Italia
Tour Romandia
Tour of California
Tour of Poland
Arctic Race
Vuelta a Burgos
Tour des Fjords
Brussel Cycling Classic
Tour of Utah
GPC Quebec
GPC Montreal
Roc D'azur
Saitama Criterium
Il Lombardia

Ta very much.  I'll have some of that if the mother-in-law can be quickly fed and watered...

Just an early heads up for two forthcoming Bike Channel UK exclusives.
Wednesday they have live coverage of the Dwars door Vlaanderen, which, by my reckoning is the first time it has been shown live here.
Coverage starts at 1-15pm GMT, until 4pm, so a sizable chunk.

Gent Wevelgem got a last minute showing on UK Eurosport last year, after several years absence.
Looks unlikely this year, with both Catalunya and the Crit International scheduled.

Bike Channel's live coverage again starts at 1-15pm, until 3-30pm.

It's back!

Quote:
The Giro del Trentino Melinda will be covered live on TV. The race will be aired live for 1.30 hour a day on Italian Raisport and eight more broadcasters (Eleven Sports, Bike Channel UK, TV2, Fox Sports, L’Equipe 21, ESPN, Laola and EBU) that will bring the Giro del Trentino Melinda action all over the World."

Very Happy

4 hours live coverage for Flanders and the whole of Paris-Roubaix (7 hours) for Eurosport. Cool

Also, just added for this Saturday.
Live coverage of the GP Miguel Indurain from 2-30pm (120 minutes)

Also Saturday, via unrestricted internet feed, the very nice little Volta Limburg.
A sort of Ardennes meets pave combo.
Extensive coverage, both in the morning and from 1-45 UK time:

you wouldn't have noticed if you watch on a crippled-for-commercial-reasons-skybox but recently skycorp's bike channel put itself on the freesat epg to cash in on letour. my tellybox now has a weeks worth of epg, rather than just now/next. so i'm remembering to see the above races, and can watch it in the other room on the nap-sofa without messing around in the clunky submenus on the humaxbox. the important burgos stage with the pretty lagunas helichopper flyabout seems to clash with something else…

matt's rambles are soporific, until he answers his phone in spanish.

Midsummer Murders had a strongly cycling related plot last night.

Predictably the early scene where the two combatants sprint for the win was rather naff.
Equally predictable was the fact that the chosen son was "on something" illegal, but wasn't the murderer.

Do police investigations have the power to keep teams / cyclists in one place for several days while they investigate a murder or is that just necessary artistic licence ?

Eurosport had  the abridged tour de metroprole on (used to be a 4 stage race. Now just a one day). Interesting race, weather made it a tougher race.

And that last km

Spoiler:

with the breakaway, wynants had groenewagen behind, lampaerts had boonen so the onus for the last km had to be naessen to lead it out as both had riders behind.

Then with the sprint, to me groenewagen certainly looks to have impeded naesen in the finish but at the same time, naessen shouldn't have let it get to a sprint in the first place.

No sympathy for naessen in that regard

Though what's with not covering the guttering at the finish?

Today, Eurosport showed Live Binche-Chimay-Binche
Uphill "Pave" led it into the town and the last 500 it ceased as the many attacks took place .
Démare came flying past three riders battling it out and won from Stybar and Roelandts
