Stage 13 and still waiting for the first, serious attack of this Giro from a genuine GC contender.

Yep. Nieve is increasing his gap, so the GC men can't be going full tilt yet.

Of course it is not impossible that Nieve is a better climber than the lot of them.

Nibs outsprints Valverde ... that's got to hurt Piti's pride Smile

Sky wins a Giro stage! A marginal gain achieved.
Nibali shows why he isn't climbing too well: he's become a sprinter.Laughing
Amador in Pink, Jungels in white.

Another underwhelming stage in this year's phony war ticked off.
There must be some serious GC action tomorrow, surely?

Mike Snow gets to do an English interview with Matt Rendell.

And bonus seconds.
Interesting that Movistar had Visconti up the road the whole time.

I look forward to watching the highlights later, although one the least underwhelming things of this Giro is wondering whose turn it is today to wear the pink slacks - Ashley or Flecha?

Ashley gets his yellow TDF ones all to himself...

Well, on the face of it, that was quite a smart move, given you would expect Valverde to win the small bunch sprint, nine times out of ten.
This happened to be the other one sprint and it means that he gets pushed off the podium by Nibali. Embarassed

Expect another moan from Valverde about Visconti not being the team (train Valverde) player, this evening.
