Who is this rider?  He won Paris-Nice twice, and held the hour record for several years.  Although he never won the GC of the Tour de France, he did win 9 stages, and once wore the yellow jersey for 9 days.

Not the one I had in mind, although he probably did do all that and more.

Just checked - Tony Rominger actually only won 3 stages of le Tour - yes, I was surprised as well!

If that is right try this: six riders have won this now defunct race twice - Luis Ocańa, Eddy Merckx, Alex Zülle, Laurent Jalabert and two others.  Who are they and what is the race?

Well logic says Eddy Merckx, and something to do with the Giro, but I can't find any references to this Antoon guy.
