I was beginning to warm to Levi, who I now dub Mini Mekon.
For once, his decending was the best.

Twice. 2004 and the "juicy" 2006.
He's a one man, giant walking billboard FU ad against the anti doping movement.

Yikes!  I'm afraid for him.  Under all that pressure to prove himself on the first day, slippery rear wheels, lots of turns... is he good on this type of course?

not sure about his handling skills but i dont think it matters when youre pounding out 450 watts and youre 60 kilos.

+1!

So far i've been happy with Kreuziger... Nibali wasn't so far off the pace either- so Liquigas are looking good.

Riis will be the gutted one tonight. Hopefully Menchov can do something around 20s back and be satisfied with that.

Unless it rains in the next 15 minutes.

Chavanel's rear wheel is cool.  Liking these pretty disc wheels.

Gettin' in every dig you can today, HuwB?  As long as you're not wishing for rain.  Laughing

You're going to crash your bike soon, I can feel it.

Vladimir Karpets has great hair, doesn't he?  Laughing

Is wagging your tongue on the bike a specifically French thing?  Chavanel went to the Virenque school, apparently.

Cadel Evans the Tour Merde winner goes.
