This place is a bit dank.  Can someone hang a fern in here?

What kind?  I suggest a Boston for hanging.

I'm new here too.  Seems like there's a lot of bickering...

Boston is an interesting choice.  I was also considering a tuberous.

Hey, check out the election thread.  These fuckweasels may have a sense of humor.

We just moved from a new country.  Can we say fuckweasel here?

If you are going to start off a thread with such a presumptuous and grandiose name as FID II... you may need to do the thread welcome spiel early on.

However... I'm not sure we should rush that one atm.

Be my guest and start another one.  Just don't use that Austrian slang this time.

Nah...you misunderstood me... this is fine... I was just thinking aloud on whether we should describe the thread at the start...or just roll with it at first.   Since the OP is already there ... it's a moot point.

One thing that is a bit annoying... is that when you quote a post...it includes all the other quoted posts that it derived from.  Makes it a tad confusing... but not as confusing as that triathlon forum was.

Sweet.  A place for all the CF refugees to check in.

Aside from being part of the cyclingforums diaspora, about a week ago I was banned from RBR.  I was also banned from DPF.  Right now I am 1 for 3 when it comes to surviving cycling related forums.  Hopefully I can improve my track record here.

malkmus can change the name of the thread by editing the OP. dunno how well the full name would go down, mind.

in other non-rules. no politics or doping talk. we just don't go in for that sort of thing around here.

cyclingforums.com.  We haven't been booted, but the admin has gone missing, and the site is running on auto-pilot.  Parts of the software are broken, and no new members have been able to post since shortly after the first of the year.  End result is that the forum has withered away.

We have been looking for alternative that is not over-moderated and has a nice mix of nationalities.
