Ah great thing about cyclo cross, makes me feel better for having to walk up hills Wink

But seriously, hopefully bike will have good cyclo cross coverage for the year.

Just as that ends, 3k left in paris-tours

just noticed that BBC 2 have "live coverage" of the Worlds Road Race today, from 2.30 until 5.00..... given that they'll probably just catch the last 10 to 20k or so, what are they going to do with the other 2 hours?

I'm on the BBC web coverage, but just wondering what they'll fill those two hours with on the main channel...? If Cavendish wins, I suppose they could do a long hagiography...?

It is on the red button for BBC  (which on the sky box is 2 channels before 101 on ours)

I was wondering that when I set up the box to record. Quickly added an Italian recording as backup as they were on air from 9 in morning Smile

[Wrong thread]

But while I've edited that, that last lap in the cyclo cross was very good

anyone know anymore about this?

http://www.thejournal.ie/discover...an2017/?utm_source=facebook_short

sky and discovery (including eurosport) are in renegotiation on their current carraige deal but if not settled, eurosport and the other discovery channel channels could be gone on 1st February?

It would appear negotiations have broken down sadly, most of what I watch is Discovery based, review of Sky package coming up!

Look confirmed Nolte.  I have ES on Virgin so I'm ok, but I can see cycling fans switching from Sky en masse...

I am the same and as virgin come to me as a sky package, then I shall loose British ES. and the package cost will have to reduce. ??
Got to get rid of these Idiotic Adverts somehow.

Did you know this because I've only found out yesterday.

So we are to lose our E.S. and the reason being that Discovery have fallen out with SKY.
That Discovery own E.S., which I didn't know.
It now makes sense why E.S. were so favourable to that piece of garbage known as L Armstrong and why ES kept plugging - "Planet Armstrong".

Wonder if this will affect Carlton Kirby's opinion of sky

The thing for me is I like sky Atlantic and that's only available on sky I think.

I wonder about sky's claim discovery are asking for close to a billion for them. The big thing that I wonder is what number of years is that 1 billion over?

A close run thing, there.
It seems that Sky's phone lines have been very, very busy this past week....

I should pay more attention.
In the aftermath of the "Fedal" final on ES I vaguely recall an announcement for viewers watching specifically on Sky, so consequently I didn't really listen.
I think it was for the upcoming cessation of services though.
Maybe that prompted enough of a backlash in complaints to sway the negotiations.
Confused

It looks like the Bike Channel are going to be showing Rai's output of the Italian races this season, starting with the GP Costa Degli Etruschi, this Sunday.
Should be on around 5pm.

https://translate.google.co.uk/tr...ciclismoprof.org/&prev=search

So, access to all those with a dish to races rarely seen outside of Italy.
Should please someone....
