Wheel ShoppingMy rear wheel (Bontrager Race) has gotten into the habit of getting out of true, so I'm looking for a new one. My price range is <$200 for just a rear, and <$350 if I buy a pair (the front is fine, but I have a bit of OCD and such so I like things to be the same ). I'm looking at maybe a Mavic Aksium right now ($140), but I'm going to search around a bit more. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Funny you should say that about your rear, both my Race and Race Lites keep going out of true. Had my Race Lite done 2 weeks ago and it's wobbling again. A guy I work with it fairly in the know, and he swears by Askiums for winter. Calls them disposable wheels.

Forza, I had a pair of Easton EA90 SLs with which I was very pleased. Might be just a bit expensive, but the Easton EA50 SL should be in your price bracket. Hand built wheels and lighter than your Bontranger Race.

Forza,
Nashbar has a deal on Rolf Apex wheels. I've never used Rolf's, but the guys at my local bike shop really like them. Its $340 for the pair, normally $700.
Rolf
Also some good deals right now on a couple of others (Shimano).
All pairs
You'll need to act quickly. These deals only last a couple of days.
EDIT:
The Rolf's may be a one day sale for today only.
