How shoulds I build it up? Old school campag seems appropriate maybe?
The knee is getting better every day .... but still a long way to go. I've just started 15 min sessions on the turbo trainer (without any resistance) so everything is positive. Knee still looks more like a balloon than a knee!! |

Bartali, can you get hold of any comfrey? (knitbone) (Symphytum officinale) Comfrey tinctures and ointments are available but nothing like as effective as a cold poultice made from the crushed boiled leaves. |

bartloi thats the same era as mibne, only iam colnago mexico balck with chrome drop outs, its all campagnolo super record from th eeights, u know i get more attention than my freinds with pinarello prince.. try campy nuovo record, thats

I'm starting to agree regarding Shimano, TT. Just broke my third shifter (today) this year. Stupid little crash. You have to replace the whole shifter. Not so with Campagnolo I am told. | ||
