Spring has arrivedI thought I'd cheer everyone up with some signs of spring. These are some photos I took of the almond blossom this week.

in ireland, St Brigids Day,the 1st of february, is considered the start of spring
however it's 3 weeks on and the only flower i've seen flower was the snow drops

no sign of spring here yet, was a minus 3 wind chill on my ride yesterday. But the snow is slowly melting away.

was that ireland or boston must be that dreaded city to the west in winter was there a few times in winter and am glad to not be there now

@3pm -5C.. the high for today.. and snowing ..
windchill -13c.. 15cm of snow in last 24 hours 
apparently we're having a weather bomb.. wtf's that..

It's still cold here with snow on the ground but a warm up is on the way very soon according to the forecast.
