Not withstanding the fact that this bloke is clearly deranged ... I think it is a bit much to prosecute someone for 'playing with his bike' behind locked doors. 
Given many hotels facilitate mastibation through the provision of porno channels, what exactly was this guy doing that was so offensive? Screwing a bike?? |

Putting the bizareness of the incident aside, you have a very valid point Bartali. I always thought that behind the locked door of your paid-for hotel room you could do what the hell you wanted (provided it is not criminal). So how the hell are you "breaching the peace" by screwing your bike in private? Whose peace is being breached - the bike's or the cleaners?
Totally weird.
