OK, so who twits too?Just out of interest, so I can follow.
Bianchigirl was taken so I'm Festinagirl and am having a ball digging up so great French dirt - who knew Astana were getting dodgy packages this summer around the time Vino was seen out and about with the good doctor Ferrari? Obviously I intend to get more scabrous as time goes on  but have only a rather pathetic 1 follower to tweet to.
So who else has fallen prey to the lure of the tweet?

I've only just got onto Facebook - surprised how many people I know are on there!
I did join Twitter once, I have a mail from them confirming it, but never did anything about it.

The Facebook thing, one of the other sites I work with decided em mass to join facebook, after the initial flurry it's settled down a bit. Of the regulars on there I'd say 75% are also on the Facebook Group.
Haven't gone to tweet yet....I might just to find ways of irritating certain American Cyclists (for all of one tweet till it's blocked)

Sorry to go off topic, but Armstrong could confess on live global TV that he was always doped up to the eyeballs and then blow himself up by transfusing gallons of his stored blood and cycling would continue to have an enthusiastic doping culture from top to bottom, despite assurances that "this time it will be different".
It's probably the third certainty in life after death and taxes.

I suppose this would be welcome if your prime aim is to get rid of Armstrong. If it's doing anything about doping then it would achieve nothing, given the track record of those who would then retrospectively step up to the top of the podium.
Don't get me wrong - if you want to airbrush Armstrong from history because you think he's an objectionable so and so then that makes perfect sense, but airbrushing just him as a means of promoting dope free cycling seems a tad optimistic given the doping habits of the pro peleton during Armstrong-free periods.

Perhaps it's just important that he be acknowledged as the poster boy for doping rather than some kind of shining beacon whilst all around were wading through the mire

Indeed. As with diet and training, appropriate balance is called for.
Another thing that strikes me is that whilst people can sensibly be categorised as "Pro" and "Anti" Armstrong (on this forum this seems to be represented by me and everyone else respectively... ) it is very dangerous to assume that a view held by a person in one camp is held by everyone else in that camp.

On Twitter and FB...so far only Boardman and Dave Gorman have tweeted to me I guess Lance don't understand English irony...the only people following me seem to be selling back remedies or the chance to chat with babes...
