Michael Jackson Dead at 50

Cardiac arrest.  Hard to believe:

R.I.P.

"Ben" captured me when I was a kid. I remember waiting at the airport with my parents when suddenly they piped in this melodious music. Being a kid myself, I was entranced and marveled that a kid could sing so lovely about being mates. It touched me as I had my mates too and I knew the bond that exists among friends or pets. I still have the 45rpm record of my first Michael Jackson song.

May he R.I.P. (Return If Possible)...

Poor bloke - he had a beautiful voice and a fucked up life.

When Tom is sad he says 'I want to go home' even if he is at home - a lot of the stuff Michael Jackson did seemed to be an attempt to 'go home'.

I find it hard to be sympathetic about a man who used his wealth and power to molest children and to then evade justice.

He lived the American dream where a poor black boy can grow up to be a rich white woman.

Farrah Fawcett arrived at the Pearly Gates and God asked her what he could do for her having led such an honest life. Farrah asked God to simply make sure the children of the world were safe. Five minutes later, Michael Jackson died.

Did you write that?  Or is that borrowed?

I enjoyed some of his early music but his lifestyle and the baggage that he came with really put me off him as a person. Sad news all the same.

There have to be some issues with parents who would put their kids in that situation though - knowing all the rumours and the pay offs would you let your kid go for a sleepover at his house? Not unless you were looking for a quick buck.

As one wag suggested, perhaps they can melt him down, turn him into lego and let the kids play with him for a change

But I find it hard to define Jackson as a paedophile as I find it hard to define him as a sexual being.

Spent paying off Lawyers etc to keep him out of jail. The only difference between him, Gary Glitter, Jonathon King, Phil Spector etc is that he got away with it. The Lance Armstrong of child molestation.

Reports that Michael Jackson died of a heart attack in his home are untrue… He actually died having a stroke in the children’s ward.

The autopsy suggest MJ’s death could have been caused by an allergic reaction from eating 12 year old nuts.

Michael Jackson will always be with us -  plastic is non-biodegradable.

Laughing  He is dead, don't forget, MJM.

His voice was one of the purest I have ever heard.  Also enjoyed the dancing, especially in his earlier years.  But when he dangled that baby over a balcony I knew at that very moment this was a very disturbed human being.

What are they saying about cause of death?  Overdose of painkillers, or maybe demerol injected by his physician that day, would be my guess.  He should have tried pro cycling.

R.I.P.

Blimey Cape - only then?

Apparently when they found him he was blowing bubbles………

The good news is the monkey's ok and is in a stable condition.

What’s the difference between a carrier bag and Michael Jackson?

Ones made of plastic and dangerous for your kids to play with and the other is used to carry your shopping items home in.

Don't really follow celebrities' lives, don't watch much TV, don't read the tabloids, so yeah, but when I saw that dangling baby I knew he was out of his mind.

Do you write your own stuff?  If so, you could make a real career of it, MJM.

No, it was food poisoning from eating an 8 year old wiener.

I like meeting MJM here, The Coffee Lounge. He's the real thing here. I believe he just winds people up in the cycling threads. Yeah, she's quite nice actually...

Oh my god! Have I just become an MJM fanboy?  Laughing

Cheers!

A.B.C easy as R.I.P

A transcript of the conversation between the doctor and nurse involved in treating Jackson has been released:

Doctor to Nurse: Has he got a pulse? Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it?

Further details have been released about the causes of Michael Jackson's death. Alcoholism is also being blamed. It has been revealed that he was an obsessive drinker of aged whiskey. Uri Geller has revealed that Jackson 'Loved a cheeky 12 year old that went down easily.'
