We really are techno geeks. Glad the Garmin's working out, hw. How's the weather down there? I'll be in California for the ToC in 3 weeks. Be doing some serious climbs out there. Can't wait. The trainer's getting old. I think I'm going to get the Tacx i-magic. Is $450 a good deal?

Never saw that before. Nice link! I think USA Cycling should get into this game. I will suggest it to them.

I guess...I do like functional and useful above techno...but the 2 are often married. The only thing missing is power and it can be had indirectly (and so incorrectly I suspect) on collected data. I have decided that Im not so important of a cyclist with critical targets that include winning anything anymore. So, the 305 has been great, and I highly recommend it.
I have an old Performance Travel trac trainer. I hate it. On the other hand, Im not sure theres any trainer I will like. I put my Klein in, which has Shimano (beat up 105) and a 53x39 crank...so it feels real different from my Time...and I dont like it. Ive thought about a high zoot trainer...seems like a good price...and then I need a PC too...ugh. Ill just ride in the cold.
