with management responsibility. Analyse your current
management responsibilities in light of this statement

Right now I would be tempted to use the Detroit auto makers as a counter example. Their refusal to change has reduced them to begging the taxpayers for a handout to keep the lights on for a few more months.

I'll need to make those links to the bigger picture - my real problem is identifying my own management responsibilities and change as it affects me - difficult as I'm in my own little bubble where I'm line managed but effectively autonomous

Rule number one. Simplify and de-construct.
First task - identify what you do in the broadest sense. Secondly break that down into smaller components.
Next - identify the structural and agentive processes of change that influence your job. So institutions that influence your job, human actors, social processes. ie central govt, your boss, changes in migration patterns (from what I remember) etc etc
Use specific case studies to deconstruct the processes of change.
Analysis
Conclusions.
