I was walking down the road today and saw my Afghani neighbor, Abdul, standing on his fifth floor apartment balcony shaking a carpet.

I shouted up to him, "What's up Abdul, won't it start?"

So this guy walks into a shrink's office with nothing on but plastic wrap around his waist like a mini-skirt. The psychiatrist looks up up at him and says, "Well, I can clearly see you're nuts".
