A Strava msg from Chris Carmichael LOLThanks for Your CTS Bucket List Challenge Effort
Thank you very much for participating in the CTS Bucket List Challenge, motivated by Strava. As it turned out, the challenge was extremely difficult and fewer than 2% of the athletes who registered for the CTS Bucket List Challenge managed to finish it! Due to some weather and traffic issues, the USA Pro Cycling Challenge Race Experience Team I was leading even fell a few miles short! Because the challenge was so difficult, I want to recognize everyone who had the courage to even attempt it. CTS will be releasing new indoor cycling workout downloads later this year, but I want to give you one of these workout downloads for free, before they’re available to anyone else.
To redeem your workout download, please complete this form. You will immediately receive an email from Fastspring.com containing your download link.
If you have any questions about how to download or use the video workout, please contact Jim Rutberg at Carmichael Training Systems.
I’d also like to use this opportunity to congratulate the 7 randomly chosen winners of a 4-pack of CTS Climbing DVDs:
Jennifer Koles of Costa Mesa, CA
Lori Hoechlin of Huntington Beach, CA
Andrew Leitch of Glasgow, UK
Janine Gorman of Ottowa, Canada
Ryan Thompson of Meridian, ID
Andrew Thorne of Groton, CT
Steve Brewer of Butler, PA
Congratulations to the 49 intrepid cyclists who managed to finish the CTS Bucket List Challenge, and thank you to everyone who attempted it. For information on CTS Bucket List Events, and to see if you’re “Bucket List Qualified”, visit www.trainright.com/bucket-list/.

I found this quite funny... received it today - first step on the slippery slope to blood doping!
