11 speed cassettesApparently, they are coming from Campy...

I don't know about the rest of you, I haven't been terribly thrilled with the 10 speed cassettes. After some maintenance is done, I always have issues with cable stretch and have to fine tune the rear derailleur. With my 9 speed, I rarely had any issues.
I like the idea of the extra gears, but the narrower chain is probably going to be a problem. FYI: My 10 speed cassette chains tend to wear a lot faster than my 9 speed cassette chains too.

i havent had any problems with the 10 speeds but i would be wary of an 11 with the narrower chain. Although a 12-25 block would be nice with 19-21-23-25 at the end.

I've only recently (within the last year) moved to a bike with 10-speed Shimano Ultegra-Sl, and I've broken the chain twice already. In all the preceeding years of riding 9-speed I've only broken a chain once. Speaking to other guys in my club, they report similar problems with 10-speed. So I won't be rushing to upgrade to 11 speed at all...

makes me wonder if adding another cog in back is worth it, when you could do a 30 up front and have a triple with a much bigger range. not sure the purpose in the end.

juggernaut, get a wippermann stainless chain. best things made. Ive logged years of miles on them and never had an issue. best thing, the connex link makes chain removal a few second affair (awesome for cleaning chain and bike). Its one of the best upgrades you can make on your bike...dump the crappy or shi-crappo chains and go wippermann!

Looks like they are saying its confirmed. Not only that, they are speculating that Shimano and SRAM will be coming on board with 11 speed soon too.
