Anybody taking anything good these days?  I used to take Xenodrine back in the day before it got banned.

I went vegan about 6 months ago.  Never felt better in my life!  I use a rice-based protein powder and multivitamin to get the missing stuff I need.

Someone was just talking to me about that.  I think it's a real problem.  I have read that the problem is mostly with white processed rice, much of which, in the States at least, is made in the South.  I buy the organic whole grain, fair trade rice products only.
